30th Reunion

Reunion Recap

On October 9th, 2006 twenty six members of the Class of '76 gathered at the
Slate pool hall in Bayside Queens to celebrate the fact that it had been 30 years since we graduated from the Dome. All told, over 33 people showed up including spouses, kids, etc.

We got started at around 5:00pm and finished up by around midnight. Phil Schoenster won the prize for having traveled the greatest distance (he flew in from Thailand), with Bob Febos getting second prize (Washington State).

All in all, I believe everybody had a good time. I know I did. It was great seeing old friends, catching up, laughing at past antics and, for just a little while, remembering what it was like to be a carefree college kid again.
